DIPLOMA REPRINT REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS

This form is for use by current and former students of Navarro College who are or were enrolled in courses at the college for which they received grades or credit for their academic performance and may not be used for any other purpose. Diploma reprints are $10 each. You must have a photo identification (driver’s license or student ID card) when picking up diploma(s) at the counter, or faxing in a request. Regular processing time is 3-5 business days, longer during peak times from the date your completed request is received by the Registrar’s Office. If there is a hold on a student’s record due to any outstanding financial obligations with Navarro College such as unpaid fees, or insufficient or inaccurate identification information, or missing/invalid recipient email provided for an electronic delivery request, the official transcript will not be released until the hold or obligation is resolved.

There are three options to ordering a diploma reprint:

1. Submit an online request
2. Stop by the campus and order in-person or
3. Mail us your written request.

You may obtain your diploma by submitting a request online. This preferred method will ensure the most expedient diploma processing.

1. FORM COMPLETION

Complete the online Diploma Reprint Request Form. This form does not include an online payment link. See Step 2 below, “Pay for Diploma Reprints Online” for electronic payment option.

2. PAYMENTS

PAY FOR DIPLOMA REPRINTS ONLINE

The price for each diploma is $10.00 each. Paybable by VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.

PAY FOR DIPLOMA REPRINTS IN PERSON

If you are not paying online, you can pay for your transcript order by check (payable to Navarro College), credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover), money order, and cash at the Cashier’s Office on any Navarro College Campus.

PAY FOR DIPLOMA REPRINTS BY MAIL

Make personal check/money order payable to Navarro College ($10 each) to:

Order your diploma reprints in person.

1. FORM COMPLETION

Complete the paper Diploma Reprint Request Form in person at the Registrar’s Office in Corsicana, Mexia, Midlothian, or Waxahachie or download and print a copy now before submitting in person.

You may request to pick-up your diploma(s) at the Registrar’s Office. Presenting your valid photo identification is required at the time of pick-up. If another person is picking up your diplomas, you must submit a signed statement authorizing us to release your diploma reprints and naming the individual.

2. PAYMENTS
